Mold Tooling

We can make molds for parts of Complex geometries, exacting tolerances or high gloss polishing in short lead time with competitive price.

CNC Machining

At HZ, we use Hi-speed CNC machine center, Sodick slow-feeding wire-cut, Sodick mirror EDM and CMM machine checking every process to provide accuracy and precision when making your parts

Injection Molding

16 Injection machine with clean environment and in house tooling capability provide you one stop service from design to production.

  • Catch up the production schedule
  • Inspect the plastic sample
  • Send FAI report and golden sample (or photos) for customer’s approval

  • Start production according to customer proved sample
  • Ship the products with CPK report.
